At VitaFit Performance, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products (health and wellness supplements), we are only able to accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vitafitperformance.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital downloads, eBooks, or training programs (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@vitafitperformance.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order was damaged in transit or lost, contact us immediately. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
